Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at freshlywindowcleaning.com or hiring Freshly Window Cleaning for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Described

Freshly Window Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft house washing, and Christmas light installation. Services are available in Juab, Sanpete, southern Utah, and Washington counties in Utah.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the original estimate (for example, additional windows, excessive buildup, or accessibility issues not visible during the initial evaluation). Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved by the customer before work begins.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to maintain scheduled appointments as confirmed. However, scheduling may be affected by weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We understand that things come up and will work with you to find a new time that works.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. For window cleaning, we offer a 7-Day Rain Guarantee: if it rains within 7 days of your cleaning, we will re-clean your exterior windows free of charge.

Liability Limitations

Freshly Window Cleaning carries liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, gutters, or other surfaces that may become more visible after cleaning
• Damage caused by defective seals, faulty window installations, or deteriorated materials
• Staining or etching from hard water deposits that cannot be fully removed through standard cleaning
• Damage to landscaping or property not disclosed to our team prior to service

If any damage occurs during service, please notify us immediately so we can assess and resolve the situation promptly.

Property Access

By scheduling a service, you grant Freshly Window Cleaning permission to access your property as needed to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure that:

• Pets are secured and will not interfere with the service
• Vehicles and obstacles are moved from work areas when possible
• Any security systems, sprinklers, or other relevant systems are communicated to our team
• We are informed of any hazards, fragile landscaping, or areas to avoid

Weather Policy

Exterior cleaning services may be affected by weather conditions. We will make every effort to complete services as scheduled, but certain conditions (heavy rain, high winds, extreme cold, lightning) may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons. Our 7-Day Rain Guarantee on window cleaning applies regardless of our weather policy.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods through our Jobber platform. Invoices for larger commercial jobs may be issued with net-30 terms upon approval.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
